Toei Offers Refunds After Censoring Dragon Ball Z Blu-ray In Japan
Last month, it was discovered that the Blu-ray release of Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly was censored. Now in Japan, Toei is apologizing and offering customers a refund.
